Noeline Conradie was one of the founding minds behind SharpMinds Consulting Engineers, a gifted interior designer, a cherished colleague, and a dear friend. Her creativity, compassion, and belief in people helped shape not only the spaces we design, but the company we are today.

From the earliest conversations about SharpMinds, Noeline believed in what we could build together. She was there as we imagined our name, developed our identity, debated our colors, and considered what our spaces and culture should feel like. Her fingerprints remain in the details of our brand, the environments we work in, and the values that guide us.

Noeline possessed an extraordinary ability to believe in an idea, in a team, and most importantly, in people. There were moments when her belief in us was stronger than our own. That confidence, generosity, and unwavering support became part of the foundation upon which SharpMinds was built.

A graduate of The Design School Southern Africa, Noeline earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and held the professional designation of Certified Interior Designer (CID). Her work reflected an innate sense of style, a remarkable eye for detail, and a deeply empathetic approach to design.

Her portfolio spanned residential, commercial, and healthcare environments across the region. Whether designing a family home, a workplace, or a clinical setting, Noeline believed that great design should serve people first. She understood that the most meaningful spaces are those that respond to the way people live, connect, work, and heal.

Beyond her projects, Noeline contributed to the wider design community through her ideas and professional perspective. Her published writing explored the importance of clear planning, stakeholder alignment, and a thoughtful roadmap in turning design ambition into successful, functional spaces.
